Our Origins
In May 1983, Pro-Ma Systems, established by Australian entrepreneurs Val and Sandra Fittler, commenced its operation with just four employees, in a small office on the Gold Coast.
Driven by a vision to build a company that people could get involved in, feel good about and believe in, their desire was to establish a genuine opportunity for people from all walks of life to attain both personal and financial freedom.
Today, that vision is a reality. Welcome to Pro-Ma Systems
With the eagle as the Company's logo symbolising strength and boldness, Pro-Ma Systems, an acronym for Professional Marketing Systems was established.
25 years on, Pro-Ma Systems is the largest privately owned, family operated Company within the Direct Sales Industry in Australia.
From just one product division comprising three products to five divisions with more than 550 unique and exclusive products. . . humble offices have been replaced with a multi-million dollar world headquarters and a manufacturing empire.
More importantly, many thousands of consultants own independent businesses and enjoy unlimited income earning opportunities.
Val and Sandra's founding vision is today a living, vibrant reality.

Pro-Ma and the DSAAPro-Ma Systems is proud to be a full member of the Direct Selling Association of Australia and is committed to the DSAA Code of Practise. The DSAA is an association of companies which sells products directly to consumers. It supports fair and proper trading practises and is dedicated to defending and promoting the independent status of Distributors within the industry.
Val Fittler, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pro-Ma Systems, has taken an active leadership role within the Direct Selling Industry by being elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of the DSAA between 1993-1994 and 2000-2003. His commitment and achievements are well recognised within the industry and he is one of only nine to be inducted into the DSAA Hall of Fame.
